Dr. Todd Dewett [00:40:01] Well, always chasing more gigs. I’m always writing the next book. I’m actually thinking about writing a leadership fable for the next book. That space, I believe, is interesting and not saturated yet. You know, the most famous is probably five dysfunctions of a team or who moved my cheese where it’s kind of a fictional story. So I’ve got some ideas for a book there that’s very, very exciting. Just got certified virtual because I’ve been doing so many virtual talks. I’m hopeful the virus gets back in check so I can talk to my whole clients and start back on the circuit, so to speak, with actual speaking. In the end, I’ve got a virtual coaching service that is going to go live in two or three months, probably where I’m going to take people who are into what I’m doing and for a very nominal monthly fee, give them access to an anonymous community where they can interact and talk to each other and talk to me. Almost twenty four seven get feedback on real issues they’re facing because I noticed as much as I love LinkedIn, people there are not anonymous and people there are aware that their boss and colleagues often see them. And that intrigued me. And I get private notes. People who want to talk, who would never talk publicly, like, can I create a space for these folks to actually have more, more open public conversations but give them anonymity. So I’m very excited to launch this coaching related service in the next few months.
Dr. Russell Strickland [00:41:15] Sounds very interesting. We talk all the time about hooking up with the community as being so important. A lot of what we do, what our students do, what I do as an entrepreneur, what you do, I guess, is, is that kind of a lonely pursuit? You’re you’re expected to be the expert. You’re expected to be up here and helping people. And and it can be difficult to to navigate that sort of on your own. Having a community that that’s that’s there to at least provide normality to the situation I think is really important.
